Lasting Legacy ® Maintenance Program (“LLTM Program”)

The LLTM Program is designed to provide a comprehensive solution to the problems of Trust maintenance.  LLTM Program is intended to supplement the client’s initial work in designing and funding a living trust centered estate plan, to ensure that the plan remains as current as possible.

Our LLTM Program provides a cost-effective way to ensure our clients' estate plans are always up-to-date. As members of this program, our clients have the peace of mind that their estate plans will provide the certainty, ease of administration, and security intended when these plans were originally designed and created.

Clients who sign up for this program receive certain services from the Law Office of Biola Bakare, LLC  at no additional cost.
Members of the LLTM Program receive the following benefits:
  • Review of estate planning documents every two years to determine status of funding and discuss possible changes to your trust documents, at no additional charge.
  •  Prepare document updates to comply with changes in tax laws, changes in non-tax laws, and any changes in family circumstances.
  • Provide important updates to your Living Trust and other basic estate planning documents when changes occur, at no additional charge.
  •  Regular updating and re-execution of HIPAA authorization documents in compliance with State law, at no additional charge.
  • Scheduled telephone consultations regarding clients' estate plans related questions or concerns, at no additional charge.
  •  Funding assistance for newly acquired assets into revocable trust after initial funding has been completed (probably the most common area of neglect in plans we review), at no additional charge.
  •  Continued enrollment in the Legal Directives ® Medical Access Program - an on-line storage and retrieval service that ensures world-wide 24/7 instant access to all clients' important health care documents and medical information, at no additional charge.
